Last week, I talked about practicing confidence in your demeanor. Today–since this is a writing blog–we’ll consider how to project confidence through correspondence.
Rule #1: never say “I don’t have much experience.” #2: avoid weasel words (“kind of, I think, probably”). Focus on the positive.
And don’t rush. Be glad writing is editable until sent!
